Theodore M. H. Huang

Dr. Huang received an MBA degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA,
in 1964, and a BA degree in Economics from Keio University, Japan, in 1962. He also holds an
Honorary Doctor degree in Management from Chang June Christian University, Taiwan. He is
currently the Chairman of Chinese National Association of Industry & Commerce, (CNAIC), the
Vice Chairman, Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA), the Chairman
of TECO Group (TECO), the Chairman of the Board, Century Development Co., Ltd., the Vice
Chairman, Coordinating Council on Taiwan-Japanese Business Affairs, the Chairman of The
Joint-Conference of Taiwan-Nippon Electronic Commerce Promotion Committee, the Vice
Chairman of The Third Wednesday Club, and the Managing Director of the Board of Institute for
Information Industry (III), Taiwan.
