All accepted papers must be prepared according to the following instruction. One of the authors must be registered before August 19, 2007 in order to have their paper included in the IECON07 proceedings.

• Please read and follow the following instruction carefully:
  • 1. Create your manuscript (Microsoft Word, PDF, Latex) and one page digest (A4 size landscape, PDF template and PPT template).
  • 2. Proofread and check the layout of your manuscript.
  • 3. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account, the conference code is "iecon07".
  • 4. Convert your source files to an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF file by IEEE PDF eXpress, or check the IEEE Xplore-compatibility of your PDF file.
  • 5. Wait to receive a PDF file called PIDxxxxxx.pdf in your email, or an acknowledgement regarding the PDF Check result.
  • 6. Forward the email to iecon07@ia.ee.ccu.edu.tw.
  • 7. Visit the conference registration web site at https://iecon07.ccu.edu.tw/registration/register.php.
  • 8. After registration, the system will automatically create an account using your email address for later paper-uploading and data update.
  • 9. When registering, fill in your personal information and choose your payment method.
    (a) If you choose to pay the registration fee on line using credit card, follow the instruction to finish your payment. You will then direct to a web page to upload your camera-ready paper and one page digest.
    (b) If you choose to pay by wire transfer or off-line credit card via fax, you need to print out the payment sheet, sign it, and wire the registration fee or fax the payment sheet to +886-5-272-3941. You will receive an email from the conference secretariat when your payment is received. After you receive this email, login to the web site again via choosing "Access an existing account". Click the "Final Manuscript" option to upload your camera-ready paper and one page digest.
    
  • 10. After submit your camera-ready paper and one-page digest, you will be directed to a page of a list of your registered papers. For each paper, you need to click the submit eCopyright button to sign the copyright form electronically. After you submit your ecopyright successfully, your eCopyright status will be changed to "completed" after 24 hours.
  • 11. If you need to change your registration information or revise your camera-ready paper, visit the registration web site again. But, this time, choose "Access an existing account" to login.
